Based in Nelson, New Zealand, I already have the advantage of a rich variety of natural assets at my fingertips to show you. No other region in the country can boast such an array of attractions that include a warm, stable climate, rich history, clear water streams and rivers, mountains, natural bush, caves, spectacular vistas, golden sand beaches, wild coastlines and sheltered inlets, art and crafts, horticultural crops, three National Parks and great wine and food!
It would be easy, given this huge list of things to see, to sit back and let Mother Nature do all of the work. That is not the New Zealand Nature Tours’ way. I strive to give each person coming on one of my tours a unique experience and the chance to see the Nelson region as the Kiwis do.

We will follow less-travelled routes that provide a spontaneous insight into curious local attractions and historical and contemporary New Zealand life.
